Water-Based Primer 03-100, Manufactured by Jeddah Paints Factory, an acrylic-based primer with high penetration ability into surfaces, providing excellent resistance to moisture and alkalis, it offers strong adhesion to surfaces after drying, resistant to weather conditions, used in various applications, including both interior and exterior coatings.
