Exterior Emulsion Primer 03-100, Manufactured by Jeddah Paints Factory,is an exterior primer based on acrylic copolymer resin, provides excellent alkali resistance, protecting concrete surfaces from the effects of alkalis present in walls, provides a smooth even finish, suitable for concrete, plastered surfaces, can also be used as a primer for gypsum boards
