Tanks Epoxy Coating from Sico Paints Factory, based on epoxy resins, specifically designed for tanks and features good resistance to water, oils, weak acids, and alkalis, Suitable to use as a protecting and insulation coat for all interior surfaces of tanks and can be applied on concrete, primed steel surface etc, available in a variety of colors to suit all designs.
- Color: White and also available in Clear, Gray, or as required
- Finish: Semi Gloss
- Packing: 20Kg Steel Drum (17Kg Epoxy + 3Kg Hardener)
- Density: 1.50 – 1.54 gm/cm3
- Solid contents: 35 – 48 %
- Coverage: 5.5 – 6.5 m2/Lit (at 50 micron DFT)
- Flash Point: At 20°C
- Mixing ratio: 5 : 1 (Epoxy : Hardener) By Volume
- Dilution: Epoxy Diluent
- Coat Thickness: 50 Microns DFT Minimum Depends on surface type and application method
- Draying Time (At 25°C): Touch dry 4 hours, Full Cure 12 hours, Recoat interval 8 hours
- Application Tools: Air and airless Spray Gun, Brush, or Roller
