Rose Putty Extra Filler from Rose Paints, a unique quality oil-based putty relying on an alkali-resistant acrylic terpolymer binder, it has good sanding properties, provides excellent smooth surfaces, is easy to apply, and performs excellently on all internal and external surfaces such as plaster, precast concrete, and gypsum boards.
