Rose Filler Putty from Rose Paints, a high-quality putty based on modified oil and an alkali-resistant acrylic terpolymer binder, it has good sanding properties, excellent adhesion characteristics, and is easy to apply, it performs exceptionally well on all interior and exterior surfaces such as plaster (cement plaster), precast concrete, gypsum boards, and cinder blocks.
