The PortaCount 8030 Respirator Fit Testing Device combines advanced technology with ease of use. It features touchscreen solutions that support respiratory protection programs from training to compliance with standards. The device is compatible with the new modified CNC protocols, as well as OSHA, CSA, HSE, and ANSI standards for all types of tight-fitting respirators, including filtering facepieces in the 95, 99, 100, FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3 categories. The integrated N95 Companion™ mode enhances mask selection. The Real-Time FitCheck Mode™ displays respirator fit in real-time, helping to enhance training and guide users through the correct movements for each exercise. The group fit testing mode allows administrators to control up to four devices from a single control screen, increasing efficiency. The FitPro Ultra™ program facilitates the automation of training, testing, and record-keeping.
