HDPE Polyethylene Pipe Nominal Pressure 16 Bar [PE 100] Outside Diameter 180 mm SDR 11 Color Black with Blue Stripes | Almona Factory

This HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe from Almona Factory is engineered for reliable water transportation and industrial applications. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 8074/8075, it offers exceptional durability, flexibility, and long-term performance—making it a preferred choice for Qatar's demanding infrastructure projects.

With a nominal pressure of 16 bar and a PE100 material grade, this pipe withstands high water pressures commonly found in municipal networks and irrigation systems. Its SDR 11 rating ensures a robust wall thickness of 16.4 mm, providing excellent resistance to internal and external stresses. The pipe is designed for a maintenance-free service life of over 50 years, reducing lifecycle costs significantly.

In Qatar's harsh climate, this HDPE pipe excels: it resists UV degradation, chemical corrosion (pH 2–12), and seismic activity thanks to its high flexibility and reliable welded joints. It is lightweight and easy to transport and install, making it ideal for projects across Doha, Al Rayyan, and Al Wakrah, from water supply lines to industrial fluid handling.
