Product description
S&M HDPE pipes are engineered for durability and performance in demanding infrastructure projects. Manufactured in strict adherence to international standards including ISO, DIN, and BS, these pipes offer a robust solution for water supply, gas distribution, and industrial fluid transport. The high-density polyethylene material provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, chemical attack, and abrasion, ensuring a long service life with minimal maintenance.
The product range covers a comprehensive spectrum of outside diameters, starting from 20mm up to 800mm. To suit various project requirements, the pipes are available in multiple Nominal Pressure Classes (PN), Standard Dimension Ratios (SDR), and Pipe Series. This versatility allows engineers and contractors to select the precise specification needed for pressure-rated or gravity-flow applications.
Dimensions and Supply Format
For easier handling and installation in smaller-scale or residential projects, HDPE pipes up to DN 125 are supplied in standard 100-meter coils. These coils allow for continuous runs with fewer joints, reducing potential leak points and installation time. For larger diameter applications, specifically from DN 140 to DN 630, the pipes are produced in standard 12-meter lengths. Custom lengths can be arranged upon request to fit specific site constraints. The standard color is black, which provides protection against UV degradation, though alternative colors are available for specific identification needs.
