To achieve the best results with Gunten Bengal paint, follow these steps precisely. Clean the surface thoroughly before starting and ensure it is completely dry. Use the dedicated thinner (Gunten Thinner No. 2) in a ratio not exceeding 10% to improve flow without compromising the alkyd resin properties.

In hot Saudi Arabian weather (above 40°C), allow sufficient drying time. The surface will be touch-dry after 6 hours but requires 18 hours for full curing before applying the second coat. Do not rush the process, especially in Gulf regions where high humidity and rapid evaporation can affect finish quality.

To maintain its pure white luster, wipe the surface gently with a soft cloth dampened with only mild water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may remove the protective layer or alter the color.
