Rose Decor Semi Gloss Paint from Rose Paints, is a high-quality matte finish topcoat paint based on alkyd resin, pigmented with titanium dioxide and other inert pigments, it offers excellent color retention, good hiding power, strong adhesion, and good scrub resistance, in addition to smooth application and quick drying, suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, masonry, cement rendering, wood, metal, and more.
