Polyurethane Topcoat 80-100, Glossy, Manufactured by Jeddah Paints Factory, is a two-component, offers excellent resistance to weather and UV rays, used as a topcoat in advanced protective coating systems to protect steel structures exposed to outdoor environments, industrial facilities, bridges, infrastructure, and architectural metalwork.

- Touch dry: 3 to 4 hours at 20° C.

- Application method: Airless, Air spray, brush or roller
- Thinner: PU Thinner
- Thinner: 5% for airless spray, 15% for air spray
- Airless nozzle orifice: .015 Inch to .017Inch
- Airless nozzle pressure: 1500 psi
- Recommended DFT: 50 to 100 microns
- Corresponding WFT: 85 to 165 microns
- Mixing ratio: 1:10 by volume
- Pot life: 2 hours at 20° C.
- Shelf Life: 2 years when stored in shaded spaces
