Nitrocellulose Top Coat paint from Sico Paints Factory, based on cellulose nitrates and special alkyd resins of fatty acids with special pigments to give high coverage, excellent elasticity and high smoothness for surfaces, High softness and flexibility, scratch and corrosion resistant, available in high gloss (130), semi-gloss (135) and matte (140), used on wooden and metal surfaces, wooden furniture and metallic works, available in a variety of colors to suit all designs.

• Solid contents: 35 - 40 %
• Density: 1.02 – 1.1  gm/cm3
• Flash Point: At 18°C
• Coverage: 6 – 8 m2/Lit  (at 25 micron DFT )
• Coat Thickness: 25 Microns DFT (Depends on requirement & application method)
• Dilution: Lacquer Thinner
• Dilution Rate: 10 – 20 % by volume
• Ideal spraying vis: 20-30 seconds for one time spray.
• Draying Time (At 25°C): Touch dry 15 Minutes, Full Cure 1 hours, Recoat interval 30 Minutes, Polish/wax coat after 24 Hours from NC coat application Process
