Hempel's HI-VEE from Hempel paints, is an acrylic paint that is non-hiding but strongly reflects light thanks to fluorescent pigments, providing an intense color impression and high visibility (HI-VEE). It requires the use of Hempel's HI-VEE Lacquer 06520 on top to enhance its light fastness, suitable for life-saving equipment and for warning purposes, such as protruding or moving objects.
