Elastomeric Roof Coating from Sico Paints Factory, based on special, highly bonded, expandable synthetic, prevents filtration and resists leakage and moisture, used to provide complete protection and insulation from moisture, water and heat for cement and concrete surfaces, tiles and polyurethane insulators, and for waterproofing under bathroom floors and on the upper surfaces of ceiling tiles, also as a waterproofing layer over vinyl, Zinc and aluminum sheets, available in a variety of colors to suit all designs.

• Density: 1.10 – 1.25 gm/cm3
• Flash Point: Non Flammable
• Coverage: 0.9 – 1.3 m2/Kg  (depending on surface nature and micron DFT)
• Coat Thickness: 150 – 250 Microns DFT (Depends on surface & apply method)
• Draying Time (At 25°C): 1 hour for surface drying, 6-8 hours for complete drying, 2 hours for recoating
• Application Tools: Brush, Roller, Spray Gun or any suitable applicator.
