Water insulation Cementitious for Tanks and Swimming Pools, installation and supply service from Al Zamil Company, Flexible insulation, manufactured with chemical formulas under special conditions, to become a cementitious material capable of penetrating into the capillary pores of reinforced concrete, crystallizing within them, and closing these pores. Strong adhesion, characterized by its ability to withstand external or internal water pressure on concrete.

  • Preparations required before isolation:

- The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust
- The concrete must be rough so that the pores are open to ensure the flow of the waterproofing materials inside it to ensure the strength of resistance.
- Concrete must be resistant and conform to standard specifications 39"CA

  • Action Steps :

- Removing weak concrete, nesting places, and excess protrusions until solid concrete is reached, and it is treated with a material such as Maxplug or (similar to it).
- Breaking and making a corner with a depth of 3 x 3 cm at the meeting of the wall with the floors, and it is treated with Maxplug or (similar)
- Two perpendicular layers of Max Seal Super cementitious material or (similar) are applied.

  • After isolation:

- Spraying with water for three days after the completion of the implementation in order to increase the strength of adhesion and penetration
- Pour a layer of concrete to protect the floors so they are not scratched
- Plastering the walls
