Hempel's WB Primer from Hempel Paints, a water-based primer based on an acrylic co-polymer emulsion, offers good alkali resistance and excellent sealing and binding properties, ideal as a primer for both exterior and interior surfaces, such as walls, ceilings, concrete surfaces, and masonry.
