Casa Tex Primer from Hempel Paints, is a pigmented primer/sealer based on a waterborne alkali-resistant acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It is resistant to alkalis and prevents efflorescence (salts deposits), contains fine aggregates that help anchor subsequent textured topcoats effectively, suitable for use on both exterior and interior surfaces such as walls and gypsum boards.
