Neom Portland Cement

Portland cement is a material with cohesive and adhesive properties in the presence of water, enabling it to bind metal parts together and transform them into a solid, compact unit. It was discovered in the early 19th century by English engineer Joseph Aspdin. It is named "Portland" because, when hardened, it resembles Portland stone, a type of limestone found on the Isle of Portland in England.
