Product description
Protect your exterior structures from water damage with this high-performance, water-based water repellent. Formulated with advanced silanes and siloxanes, this product penetrates deep into porous materials to create a hydrophobic barrier at the microscopic level. Unlike surface sealants, it does not alter the appearance or texture of the material, ensuring the natural aesthetic of your building is preserved.
Key Benefits
- Breathable Protection: Effectively repels liquid water while allowing water vapor to escape, preventing trapped moisture and internal condensation.
- Wide Compatibility: Ideal for treating masonry, brick, concrete, natural stone, and reconstituted stone surfaces.
- Fast-Acting Formula: Rapidly penetrates substrates to provide immediate protection against penetrating damp and rain erosion.
- Easy Application: Water-based formulation makes it safe to apply and easy to clean up with water.
This repellent is specifically designed for exterior applications where exposure to rain and environmental elements is a primary concern. By reducing water absorption, it helps prevent freeze-thaw damage, salt crystallization, and the growth of mold or algae on exterior walls and facades.
