Hempel's Cemntitious Wall Putty, from Hempel Paints, is a cement-based filler with excellent water resistance, high adhesive strength, and excellent crack filling properties with no shrinkage, odorless and eco-friendly, providing excellent coverage and the ability to build a layer up to 2-3mm, suitable for use on both interior and exterior surfaces, such as precast concrete or plastered surfaces.
