Product description
Arki-Primer EP2 produced by Arki Company, is a two part, solvent-containing, low viscosity epoxy resin, excellent bond strength, easy to apply, used for priming normal to highly absorbent concrete.
- Type: Epoxy-based solvent- containing Primer
- Packaging: 4 Liter pack
- Mixing ratio: Factory proportioned
- Solid content: 50% (volume)
- Specific Gravity: ~ 1.05
- Pot life (ASTM C2471): 40 minutes at 23°C, 15 minutes at 35°C
- Dry to touch time: 8-10 hours at 23°C, 4-8 hours at 35°
- Recoat time: 4-16 hours at 23°C, 2-8 hours at 35°C
- Full cure: 7 days at 23°C, 5 days at 35°C
- Coverage: ~5 m²/liter
- Bond strength (ASTM D4541): >3 MPa - concrete failure.
- Pencil hardness (ASTM D3363): 2H
- Storage and shelf life: 12 months when stored in a dry place and good warehouse conditions
