Product description
These UPVC pipes, manufactured by the National Plastic Factory, are engineered to deliver reliable performance in demanding water supply applications. With a nominal pressure rating of 20 bar and an outer diameter of 160 mm, they are built to withstand high-pressure conditions commonly found in municipal and industrial networks across the UAE.
The pipes feature a wall thickness of 11.8 mm and a standard dimension ratio (SDR) of 13.6, ensuring excellent strength and durability. Their lightweight construction simplifies handling, transportation, and installation, reducing labor costs and project timelines. Additionally, UPVC material is inherently resistant to combustion, chemical reactions, and corrosion, making these pipes a safe and long-lasting choice for cold potable water systems.
In the UAE's harsh desert climate, these pipes excel due to their resistance to UV radiation, dust, and temperature fluctuations. They are non-conductive, providing electrical safety, and are unaffected by water, ensuring consistent performance over years of service. Certified to SASO - ISO - 1452 - 2 standards, these pipes meet international quality benchmarks.
