Neproplast HDPE Pipes PE 100 Pressure 4 Bar Outside Diameter 630 mm Thickness 15.4 mm Color Black

Neproplast HDPE pipes, manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE 100), deliver outstanding durability and performance for demanding water conveyance projects across the United Arab Emirates. With a 630 mm outside diameter, 15.4 mm wall thickness, and a 4 bar pressure rating, these pipes are engineered to handle the rigorous requirements of municipal and agricultural infrastructure.

Designed for the UAE's challenging climate, these pipes resist heat, ultraviolet radiation, and chemical corrosion, ensuring long service life in harsh desert conditions. Their lightweight yet robust construction simplifies handling and installation, while the smooth internal surface minimizes friction losses and prevents bacterial growth, safeguarding water quality.

These pipes are highly versatile and can be easily welded using electrofusion or butt fusion methods, creating leak-proof joints. They are available in standard 12-meter lengths, with custom lengths and colors available upon request. Ideal for potable water transmission, irrigation networks, and industrial applications, Neproplast HDPE pipes offer a reliable, cost-effective solution for projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the Emirates.
