Al-Rajhi HDPE Pipes PE 100 Pressure 16 Bar Outside Diameter 800 mm Thickness 72.6 mm Color Black

Engineered for the toughest conditions, the Al-Rajhi HDPE PE 100 pipes are the preferred choice for water infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates. With a pressure rating of 16 bar, an outer diameter of 800 mm, and a wall thickness of 72.6 mm, these pipes deliver exceptional strength and durability, ensuring reliable service in both urban and remote installations.

Superior Material Performance

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE 100), these pipes are designed to resist corrosion, chemical attack, and abrasion, making them ideal for the UAE's harsh desert environment and saline soil conditions. The material's inherent flexibility allows the pipes to accommodate ground movement without cracking, a critical feature for seismic stability and settlement-prone areas.

Key Features

• High pressure tolerance (16 bar) for demanding applications
• Excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion
• Non-conductive and flame-retardant properties
• High flexibility, unaffected by soil movement
• Leak-proof fusion welding for secure joints
• Standard dimension ratio (SDR 11) and pipe series (S5)
• Available in straight 12-meter lengths; custom lengths on request

Applications in the UAE

Ideal for potable water transmission, irrigation networks, and industrial piping systems, these pipes meet the rigorous standards of Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi's water authorities. Their long service life and low maintenance requirements make them a cost-effective solution for both new developments and infrastructure upgrades across the Emirates.
