POLYBIT Polyprime EP is a premium two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin primer and sealer engineered for demanding industrial and commercial flooring applications. It provides a robust bonding layer that enhances the adhesion of subsequent epoxy and polyurethane coatings, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to mechanical and chemical stresses.

Formulated without volatile organic compounds (VOCs), this product offers a safer application environment with minimal odor and faster cure times. Its low viscosity allows for excellent penetration into concrete substrates, effectively sealing pores and preventing air bubbles from rising to the surface of the topcoat. Additionally, Polyprime EP can be used as a scratch coat when blended with graded quartz sand, creating a textured intermediate layer that improves slip resistance and levelness for the final finish.
