How It Works

The system consists of individual wellpoints installed via rotary drilling methods. These wellpoints feature slotted flexible tubes that are closely spaced around the perimeter of the excavation. They are connected to a common surface header suction line, which is linked to a diesel or electric-driven high-vacuum wellpoint dewatering pump. The generated vacuum assists in drawing water from the soil, preventing water ingress into the trench.
