Product description
Kelevan Acrylic Waterproof Coat in Grey is a high-performance, single-component coating designed to provide robust waterproofing and protective barriers for flat roofs, terraces, and concrete structures. Formulated with advanced acrylic polymers, this grey-finish coating ensures excellent adhesion to various substrates while maintaining flexibility to withstand thermal expansion and contraction.
Engineered for the demanding climate of the Saudi Arabian region, this coating offers superior resistance to UV radiation, harsh weather conditions, and chemical exposure. The grey coloration not only provides a professional aesthetic but also aids in heat reflection, reducing surface temperature and extending the lifespan of the underlying structure. It is ideal for protecting exposed concrete, cementitious surfaces, and existing waterproofing membranes from water ingress and degradation.
- High-strength bonding: Ensures a seamless, crack-resistant barrier on concrete and masonry surfaces.
- UV & Weather Resistance: Maintains integrity and color stability under intense sun exposure.
- Durable Protection: Shields against water infiltration, chemical splashes, and environmental wear.
- Easy Application: Suitable for brush, roller, or spray application on clean, dry surfaces.
- Grey Finish: Provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for industrial and residential roofs.
