Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding gas distribution networks across Qatar, from Doha's urban infrastructure to industrial projects in Mesaieed and Ras Laffan. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), these pipes deliver exceptional durability and long-term performance in the harsh desert climate.
With an outside diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 2.4 mm, they are rated for a working pressure of 12.5 bar, making them suitable for medium-pressure gas systems. The pipes are lightweight yet strong, reducing handling and installation costs. Their smooth interior ensures efficient flow, while their resistance to bacteria, insects, and corrosion extends service life.
Designed for Qatar's extreme heat and intense UV exposure, these pipes require no painting and maintain their integrity over time. They can be easily formed and cut to project-specific lengths, and joints are made secure and leak-proof using electric fusion welding, a method widely adopted in local gas installations.
