Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes, manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), deliver reliable performance for demanding water conveyance systems in Qatar. With an outside diameter of 630 mm and a wall thickness of 37.4 mm, these pipes are engineered to withstand a working pressure of 10 bar, making them suitable for municipal water supply, agricultural irrigation, and industrial applications across Doha, Al Rayyan, and Al Wakrah.
The pipes feature an SDR 17 rating, with a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10 MPa and a series (S) of 8, ensuring structural integrity under continuous operation. Their lightweight yet robust construction simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor and equipment costs on site. The smooth inner surface minimizes friction losses, enhancing flow efficiency, while the material's resistance to bacteria, insects, heat, and UV radiation ensures long-term durability in Qatar's harsh climate.
These pipes do not require painting and can be easily fabricated to meet specific project requirements. Connections are made secure and leak-proof through electric fusion welding, providing a permanent joint that meets international standards. Available in standard 12-meter straight lengths, with other lengths available on request, and in black as standard, with other colors available upon request.
