Product description
Al Mona's HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipes are engineered for demanding water conveyance in Qatar's infrastructure and agricultural projects. With an outside diameter of 250 mm, a wall thickness of 41.6 mm, and a standard dimension ratio (SDR) of 6, these pipes deliver a pressure rating of 15.7 bar, making them suitable for high-pressure irrigation systems, potable water lines, and industrial fluid transfer.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN 8074/8075, these pipes feature a PE63 material grade with a minimum required strength (MRS) of 6.3 MPa and a design stress of 3.94 MPa, ensuring long-term reliability. The design safety factor of C=1.6 provides an extra margin of safety for demanding applications. Weighing only 27.0 kg/m, they are significantly lighter than metal pipes, simplifying handling and installation on site.
