Epoxy Sealer, Brand Paintco, For use on cement, concrete, bare asbestos and other similar materials, a sealant must be used to prevent the adhesive from being absorbed unevenly from subsequent coatings by the substrate. The lack of sealant will result in significant absorption of the adhesive for subsequent layers into the substrate resulting in poor durability.
