Product description
Ensure the integrity of your gas distribution network with Neproplast HDPE pipes, specifically designed for high-performance applications in the Sultanate of Oman. Crafted from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these yellow-coded pipes offer a robust solution for gas transmission that withstands the region's environmental challenges, from intense solar radiation to temperature fluctuations.
Why Choose Neproplast for Omani Projects?
These pipes eliminate the need for protective painting, significantly reducing maintenance costs over their lifespan. Their inherent resistance to bacteria, insects, and chemical corrosion makes them a superior choice for underground and above-ground installations in Muscat, Sohar, and Salalah. The lightweight nature of HDPE facilitates easier handling and transport on-site, while the high tensile strength ensures structural reliability under 10 Bar pressure.
Technical Highlights & Installation
Engineered for flexibility and ease of installation, these pipes can be bent to fit specific site requirements without losing structural integrity. Secure connections are achieved through electric welding, creating a monolithic joint that prevents leaks and ensures long-term safety. The SDR 13.6 ratio and MRS 8 rating guarantee compliance with rigorous industrial standards for gas applications.
