Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes, manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), are engineered for demanding gas applications. With an outside diameter of 315 mm and a pressure rating of 16 bar, these pipes deliver reliable performance in Oman's challenging climate, from the coastal humidity of Muscat to the desert heat of the interior.
These pipes stand out due to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, making them easy to handle and install across various terrains. They are resistant to bacteria, insects, and corrosion, ensuring a long service life with minimal maintenance. The material's high resistance to heat and ultraviolet radiation makes it suitable for above-ground installations exposed to the Omani sun.
Installation is straightforward, as the pipes can be connected securely using electric welding (butt fusion), creating leak-proof joints. They do not require painting, and their flexibility allows for easy forming to meet specific project requirements. Available in standard 12-meter lengths, with custom lengths and colors available upon request.
