Product description
Neproplast presents its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, grade PE100, specifically designed for demanding gas distribution systems. With an outside diameter of 280 mm and a robust wall thickness of 25.4 mm, these pipes deliver reliable performance under a working pressure of 16 bar. Manufactured to exacting standards, they feature an SDR 11 rating, a safety factor (Sigma) of 8, and a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10 MPa, ensuring long-term integrity in challenging environments.
These pipes are engineered for exceptional durability and safety. They are resistant to bacteria and insects, lightweight yet exceptionally strong, and capable of withstanding high pressures. Their resistance to heat and ultraviolet radiation makes them ideal for Oman's harsh climate, from the coastal humidity of Muscat to the intense desert sun in the interior. The pipes require no painting and can be easily formed to meet specific project requirements, offering flexibility during installation.
Secure and leak-proof connections are achieved through electric welding, creating a monolithic pipeline system that ensures safety and longevity. Each pipe is supplied in standard 12-meter straight lengths, with custom lengths available upon request. The yellow color is standard for gas applications, ensuring easy identification on site. Other colors can be provided on request.
