Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water infrastructure projects across Kuwait, from urban networks in Kuwait City to agricultural schemes in Al Ahmadi. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these pipes deliver exceptional durability and long-term performance in the region's harsh desert climate.
With an outside diameter of 225 mm and a wall thickness of 20.5 mm, these pipes withstand high operating pressures up to 12.5 bar, making them suitable for main water transmission lines and irrigation systems. The black color provides natural UV resistance, while the material's inherent properties resist bacteria, insects, and corrosion.
Key features include:
- PE80 grade high-density polyethylene for strength and flexibility
- 12.5 bar pressure rating for reliable high-pressure service
- Lightweight yet robust โ easy to handle and install
- Resistant to heat, UV radiation, bacteria, and insects
- No painting required โ maintenance-free surface
- Can be customized in length and color upon request
- Secure and leak-proof connections via electric fusion welding
Each pipe comes in standard 12-meter straight lengths, with other lengths available on request. Technical specifications: SDR 11, Sigma 6.3, MRS 8, Series S 5. These pipes meet international quality standards and are ideal for potable water, agricultural water, and industrial applications throughout Kuwait.
