Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes, manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), are engineered for reliable performance in demanding water supply applications. This pipe features an outside diameter of 500 mm and a wall thickness of 36.8 mm, designed to withstand a nominal pressure of 10 bar. With a standard dimension ratio (SDR) of 13.6 and a minimum required strength (MRS) of 8 MPa, these pipes offer excellent long-term durability and safety.
These pipes are specifically suited for Kuwait's harsh desert climate. Their resistance to heat and ultraviolet radiation ensures they maintain structural integrity under intense sun exposure, while their immunity to bacteria and insects makes them a hygienic choice for potable water lines. The lightweight yet strong construction simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs and time on site.
Each pipe comes in a standard length of 12 meters, with custom lengths available upon request. The blue color is standard, but other colors can be supplied to meet project specifications. The pipes are joined using electric welding (electrofusion), creating secure, leak-proof connections that meet stringent safety standardsโcritical for water infrastructure projects in Kuwait City, Hawalli, and Al Ahmadi.
