Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water infrastructure projects in Kuwait. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), these pipes deliver exceptional strength, durability, and long-term performance in the harsh desert climate.
With a pressure rating of 12.5 bar and an outside diameter of 630 mm, these pipes are suitable for high-capacity potable water transmission and agricultural irrigation systems. The 46.3 mm wall thickness ensures robust structural integrity, while the black color provides natural UV resistance, protecting the pipe during outdoor storage and installation.
Key features include:
- High resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and abrasion
- Lightweight yet strong, reducing handling and installation costs
- Resistant to bacteria and insect attack, ensuring water quality
- Flexible and easy to form, tailored to project-specific requirements
- Secure and leak-proof connections via electrofusion welding
- No painting or external coating required
- Standard dimension ratio (SDR) 13.6, series 6.3, with minimum required strength (MRS) of 10 MPa
Each pipe comes in standard 12-meter lengths, with custom lengths available upon request. Available in black as standard, with other colors on request. These pipes are widely used in Kuwait’s water networks, from urban distribution in Kuwait City to agricultural projects in Al Ahmadi and Hawalli, offering a reliable solution for both new installations and upgrades.
