Product description
Introducing the SPS HDPE PE 100 pressure pipe, a premium choice for infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Engineered from high-density polyethylene (PE 100), this pipe delivers exceptional strength and durability, making it ideal for water supply, sewage, and industrial applications in Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa.
With a 560 mm outside diameter and a robust 50.8 mm wall thickness, this pipe is built to withstand high internal pressures (up to 16 bar) and external loads. Its black color provides UV resistance, while the PE 100 material offers superior resistance to chemicals, corrosion, and abrasion, ensuring a long service life even in aggressive soil conditions common in coastal areas.
The pipe's high flexibility allows it to absorb ground movements without cracking, a key advantage in Bahrain's dynamic soil conditions. Additionally, it is lightweight, easy to handle, and can be joined using fusion welding for leak-proof connections, reducing installation time and maintenance costs.
