Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for dependable performance in demanding water conveyance applications. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these pipes deliver exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. With a pressure rating of 8 bar, an outside diameter of 32 mm, and a wall thickness of 1.9 mm, they are well-suited for both potable water distribution and agricultural irrigation networks.
In the hot and arid climate of Bahrain, these pipes excel due to their resistance to heat, ultraviolet radiation, and chemical corrosion. Their lightweight nature simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs and project timelines. The smooth inner surface minimizes friction losses, ensuring efficient water flow. Additionally, the material is resistant to bacteria and insects, maintaining water quality and system integrity.
These pipes can be easily cut, formed, and welded using electric fusion methods, providing secure, leak-proof joints. Available in black as standard, with other colors on request, they require no painting or external coating, making them a low-maintenance choice for contractors and facility managers across Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa.
