Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water infrastructure projects across Bahrain, from municipal potable water networks in Manama to agricultural irrigation systems in the Northern Governorate. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE 80), these pipes combine exceptional strength with remarkable lightweight properties, simplifying handling and installation even in congested urban areas.
Designed to withstand high operating pressures up to 8 bar, these pipes are resistant to bacteria, insects, heat, and ultraviolet radiation, ensuring long-term durability in Bahrain's harsh climate. The smooth inner surface minimizes friction losses, while the black color provides natural UV protection, eliminating the need for painting or external coating.
These pipes are highly adaptable and can be easily formed to meet specific project requirements. They are safely joined using electric fusion welding, creating leak-proof, reliable connections that meet international standards. With a standard length of 12 meters and customizable options, they are suitable for a wide range of applications.
