Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE 80), offering a robust and durable solution for water conveyance systems across Bahrain. With an outside diameter of 450 mm and a wall thickness of 20.5 mm, these pipes are engineered to handle a working pressure of 6 bar, making them suitable for demanding municipal and agricultural projects.
These pipes are specifically designed to transport potable water and agricultural water, ensuring safe and reliable delivery from source to destination. Their lightweight yet strong construction simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs and project timelines. The material is inherently resistant to bacteria, insects, and corrosion, ensuring long-term performance even in Bahrain's challenging climate.
Key features include high resistance to heat and ultraviolet radiation, eliminating the need for painting or external protection. The pipes can be easily formed to meet custom requirements and are safely joined using electric welding, creating leak-proof connections. Available in standard 12-meter lengths, with other lengths available on request, and a choice of colors (blue as standard, others on request).
