Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE 80), these pipes deliver reliable performance for potable water distribution and agricultural irrigation systems, even under the intense heat and UV exposure typical of the Gulf climate.
With an outside diameter of 400 mm and a wall thickness of 18.2 mm, these pipes offer excellent structural integrity. They are rated for a working pressure of 6 bar, making them suitable for medium-pressure water lines. The blue color clearly identifies them for water supply applications, and other colors are available upon request.
Key features include:
- Lightweight yet strong, reducing handling and installation costs
- Resistant to bacteria, insects, and corrosion
- High pressure resistance and durability
- Heat and UV resistant, ideal for Bahrain's climate
- No painting or external coating required
- Can be easily formed and welded using electric fusion for leak-proof joints
- Available in standard 12-meter lengths; custom lengths on request
These pipes are widely used in municipal water projects, agricultural farms, and industrial applications across Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa. Their long service life and low maintenance make them a cost-effective choice for both new installations and pipeline upgrades.
