Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for reliable performance in demanding water conveyance applications. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these pipes offer an excellent balance of strength and flexibility, making them a preferred choice for infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
With an outside diameter of 40 mm and a wall thickness of 4.5 mm, these pipes are rated for a working pressure of 16 bar, ensuring robust operation in both potable water distribution and agricultural irrigation networks. The blue color clearly identifies them for water supply use, while the material's inherent resistance to bacteria, insects, and corrosion ensures long-term hygiene and durability.
Designed to withstand high pressure, heat, and ultraviolet radiation, these pipes are suitable for the harsh Gulf climate, including the intense summer conditions experienced in Bahrain. They are lightweight yet strong, easy to handle and install, and do not require painting or external coating. The pipes can be safely joined using electric welding (electrofusion), providing leak-proof connections that meet international standards.
