Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes, grade PE80, are a trusted choice for gas distribution networks in Bahrain's demanding environment. With a pressure rating of 16 bar and an outer diameter of 200 mm, these yellow pipes deliver robust performance for both residential and commercial projects across Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa.
Engineered for longevity, these pipes offer exceptional resistance to heat, ultraviolet radiation, bacteria, and insects. Their lightweight yet strong construction simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs on site. The pipes do not require painting, and their flexibility allows them to be shaped to meet specific project requirements.
Safe and secure connections are achieved through electric welding, ensuring leak-proof joints that meet stringent industry standards. Each pipe is supplied in straight 12-meter lengths, with custom lengths available upon request. The material's SDR 9 rating and minimum required strength of 8 MPa ensure reliable performance under pressure.
