Neproplast HDPE pipes, PE80 grade, rated for 12.5 bar pressure, with a 500 mm outside diameter and 45.4 mm wall thickness, deliver robust performance for potable and agricultural water systems across Bahrain.
Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water conveyance applications in Bahrain's infrastructure. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these pipes deliver exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, making them ideal for both potable water supply and agricultural irrigation networks across the kingdom.
These pipes are built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including intense heat and UV radiation prevalent in Bahrain's climate. Their smooth interior surface prevents bacterial growth and insect infestation, ensuring water quality remains uncompromised. The robust construction handles high operating pressures with ease, while the lightweight nature simplifies handling and installation, reducing labor costs on site.
One of the standout features is the elimination of painting requirements, saving time and maintenance expenses. The pipes can be easily formed to meet specific project needs, and secure, leak-proof connections are achieved through electric welding, ensuring long-term reliability.
