Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water infrastructure projects across Bahrain, from municipal potable water networks in Manama to agricultural irrigation systems in the Northern Governorate. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), these pipes offer exceptional durability and long service life, even under the harsh Gulf sun and high soil temperatures.
With a nominal pressure rating of 10 bar and an outside diameter of 560 mm, these pipes are built to handle high flow rates and pressures typical of main water transmission lines. The 41.2 mm wall thickness ensures structural integrity and resistance to external loads, making them suitable for buried installations in Bahrain's sandy and rocky terrain.
Key features include:
- Resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and abrasion
- UV and heat resistant, ideal for outdoor exposure
- Lightweight yet strong, reducing handling and installation costs
- Bacteria and insect resistant, ensuring water quality
- No painting or external coating required
- Easy to fabricate and form to project-specific requirements
- Secure and leak-proof connections via electric fusion welding
These pipes are supplied in standard 12-meter straight lengths, with custom lengths available upon request. The blue color identifies them for potable water use, but other colors can be produced to meet project specifications.
