Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes are engineered for demanding water conveyance applications across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), these pipes deliver exceptional durability and long-term performance, whether for municipal potable water networks, agricultural irrigation lines, or industrial fluid transfer.
With an outside diameter of 355 mm and a wall thickness of 32.2 mm, these pipes are rated for a working pressure of 16 bar, making them suitable for high-pressure distribution systems commonly found in Bahrain's urban and rural infrastructure. The black color provides natural UV resistance, and the material's inherent properties ensure resistance to bacteria, insects, and corrosion, eliminating the need for external painting or protective coatings.
Designed for the local climate and installation practices, these pipes are lightweight yet strong, facilitating easy handling and installation across Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa. They can be joined securely using electric fusion welding, creating leak-proof, reliable connections that meet international standards. The flexibility of HDPE allows for easy forming to meet specific project requirements, and pipes are available in standard 12-meter lengths, with custom lengths available upon request.
