Product description
Neproplast HDPE pipes, manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100), deliver reliable performance for water conveyance across Bahrain. With an outside diameter of 200 mm and a wall thickness of 11.9 mm, these pipes are engineered to withstand an operating pressure of 10 bar, making them suitable for municipal potable water networks, agricultural irrigation systems, and industrial water supply lines.
Thanks to the inherent properties of HDPE, these pipes are exceptionally lightweight yet strong, offering ease of handling and installation in the demanding climate of Bahrain. Their resistance to bacteria, insects, and corrosion ensures long-term durability, while their ability to withstand heat and ultraviolet radiation makes them ideal for exposed installations under the Gulf sun. The smooth inner surface minimizes friction losses, enhancing flow efficiency.
These pipes require no painting and can be easily formed to meet specific project requirements. They are safely joined using electric welding (electrofusion), which creates leak-proof connections. Available in standard 12-meter lengths, with other lengths available upon request, and in various colors besides blue.
