Product description
Al-Rajhi HDPE pipes are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE80), a material renowned for its exceptional resistance to harsh environmental conditions and chemical exposure. Unlike traditional piping materials, these pipes do not corrode, ensuring a long service life even when buried in Bahrain's saline soil or used with aggressive fluids. The fusion-welded joints create a seamless, leak-proof system, eliminating the risk of water loss and contamination.
These pipes are specifically designed to handle high operating pressures up to 16 bar, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, from agricultural irrigation networks to industrial water supply lines. Their high flexibility allows them to withstand ground movement and seismic activity, which is particularly valuable in the dynamic construction landscape of Manama and other urban areas. Additionally, HDPE is an excellent electrical insulator, providing safety in installations near power lines.
