Product description
These Al-Rajhi HDPE pipes are manufactured from PE100 polyethylene, a material renowned for its exceptional durability in demanding environments. The pipes resist corrosion, chemical attack, and leakage thanks to excellent fusion welding properties, ensuring a long service life even in Bahrain's harsh climate and saline soil conditions.
With a pressure rating of 6 bar, an outside diameter of 200 mm, and a wall thickness of 11.4 mm (SDR 17.6), these pipes deliver reliable performance for gaseous fuel transmission and other industrial applications. The high flexibility of HDPE allows the pipes to withstand soil movement and ground settlement, common in coastal areas, without cracking or failing. Additionally, they are non-conductive, making them safe for use near electrical installations.
These pipes are easy to install and handle, supplied in straight 12-meter lengths (custom lengths available on request). Their lightweight nature (6.83 kg/m) simplifies logistics and reduces installation time across projects in Manama, Muharraq, and Riffa.
